With a new album in tow, R&B songstress Chlöe Bailey makes a statement of declaration with her new single, ‘For the Night’ featuring the always beautiful rapper Latto. The single is expected to be the walk-off single to her long anticipated forthcoming album. As late as this week, Chlöe reported that the album is complete and waiting on a release date from the label.
The track, ‘For the Night’ is an up-tempo love ballad with an infusion of high hats and melodies that rides perfectly with Chlöe’s sweet, but seductive vocals. Chlöe is no stranger to stardom, and with her first solo project in sight, the strength of her voice will finally get the spotlight it deserves. With Atlanta’s hottest producer in the game, London on the Track, the production on ‘For the Night’ is electric with a host of moving parts that makes you wanna bob your head, but yet, the message is received. Sometimes a man can have a Dime, but settle for a penny! Chlöe pleads for ya sanity; what more can you ask for? Latto comes in as she does~ dropping a fire, on-time flow which adds solidity to Chlöe’s position!

In conjunction with the single, Chlöe Bailey released the visuals to ‘For the Night’ Friday which ran a marathon on YouTube with 1.5 million views. The video, produced and directed by Chlöe and Shermay Joh is a look into the reality of living life and balancing a relationship. I believe we can all relate? Chlöe Bailey’s love interest in the video is played by the comedian Druski, who makes a cameo via facetime. The visuals flip from Chlöe in live performance, to behind the scenes footage of rehearsals, fittings and and ultimately meeting up with Latto outside of her trailer. Check it out!!
