Enthusiast Rejoice as Nabisco brings back limited edition Cotton Candy flavored creme Oreo Cookie

America’s favorite manufacturer of snacks and cookies, Nabisco, has just given the Nation a million reasons to cheer with delight. The company, which has been around since 1989, just announced the re-introduction of the limited-edition Cotton Candy flavored creme Oreo cookies

Since the introduction of the world-famous Oreo cookies brand in 1912, the Oreo has become a staple and gold standard of sandwich cookies. Over the 100-year history of the brand, Nabisco has introduced several exciting flavors, but none has been as popular as the Cotton Candy flavor cookies.  The question that intrigued fans of the popular flavor was, “When is Nabisco going to re-release the Cotton Candy Oreo”? Wait no longer! With a single tweet on the Nabisco official Oreo Instagram account, it was announced that the Cotton Candy flavored creme cookie will hit shelves in time for Summer. 

No one can guess how long the limited-edition Cotton Candy flavored creme cookies will be available on store shelves, but one fact is for certain; they are flying out the door. The last time the Nabisco Cotton Candy flavor was available to consumers was back in 2015. While on a eight year hiatus, Nabisco, a subsidiary of Mondelēz International, has listened to popular demand!

Fun fact: Oreo is the best selling cookie brand in the continental United States. With the demand for the brand’s limited-edition flavors, the company has a knack for keeping us hungry cookie monsters for the delicious sandwich cookie! The limited-edition Cotton Candy flavored creme cookie began hitting store shelves Monday, June 5, 2023.
