Final Installment of Dodge Challenger SRT Demon 170, first 8-second production car

It is rumored that the Dodge Challenger SRT Demon 170 will lift it’s frontend off the ground from a dead pull! Some would call bs! Ladies and gentlemen, I’m here to tell you the rumor is factual.

The 2023 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon 170 is the final installment of the Challenger after a 15-year dominance on the market. At a base price tag of $97k, the Demon 170 packs a boastful 3.0-liter supercharger under the hood, making it the first 8-second production car to be street legal. The SRT Demon 170 runs an astonishing 0-60 mph in just 1.66 seconds.

As a matter of fact, the Challenger Demon 170 runs so fast, the NHRA has banned the car due to not having a parachute or roll cage. With 1,025 HP, the SRT Demon 170 records the ¼ mile in just 8,91 seconds. The big block 3.0-liter supercharger engine is by far, way more boost than the Hellcat Redeye. Equipped with new rods, pistons and cylinder heads applying 2,500 psi, the Demon 170’s thrust is like no other.

The name “170”, is from the vehicle preferred fuel, E85 Fuel = 170 proof ethanol. The 2023 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon 170 is indeed the last installment. The drivetrain, shocks, breaks and design has been upgraded from the Hellcat model. If you’re lucky enough to get your hands on one of these jewels, we recommend you act fast.  Orders for the 2023 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon 170 is set to begin on March 27th at DodgeGarage.com, and is set to close on May 15th 2023.
