These days North Carolina native Luke Combs is living life like it’s golden with a string of hits and a great appreciation of life’s blessings. From performing at Carnegie Hall to releasing his debut album “The Way She Rides”, in 2014, Luke Combs has definitely cemented his place in Country Music history.
With an upcoming album on the way, Luke Combs releases a gem, ‘5 Leaf Clover’, and it’s sure to bring the country singer/songwriter plenty of luck. Written by Combs, Chase McGill, and Jessi Alexander, ‘5 Leaf Clover’ is about appreciating every blessing that floats your way.
‘5 Leaf Clover’, a fan favorite that Luke added to his set-list in 2021 during his tour, the track is actually a nod to reality. Let me explain! The song actually became reality when Luke and his friend Newdy were looking in his clover patch at the house and Newdy actually discovered a 5 leaf clover. The odds? Later during a writing session with Jessi Alexander and Chase, the discovery was brought up, and “whoa la”, the creative juices began to flow, and here we go…..
The album “Gettin’ Old”, is set to release March 24th, with ‘5 Leaf Clover’ signifying its upcoming release. The album will include the singles ‘Love You Anyway’, and ‘Joe’. If ‘5 Leaf Clover’ is any indication of what to expect from the project, we are in for a treat folks~
