MG is an all-time classic that deserves to be loved. With just about every auto manufacturer joining the EV craze, MG introduces the all new MG “Cyberster” all-electric sports car two seater with a signature retractable roof.
The Cyberster is MG’s small sports car with a HUGE kick! Measuring at 14.8 ft. long, and 6.4 ft. wide, the MG is powerful and ready for action. Coming in at a weight of 4,300 lbs the Cyberster is available in both single and dual motor guises, with an astounding 309 to 536 hp. With top speeds reaching 124 mph, the Cyberster can reach 62mph in a jiffy.
The Cyberster will be the first MG two-seater that will be made available for sale in the United States in some time. The previous two-seater MG’s, the TF which were in production from 2002 to 2005, and the MGF in the 90’s were never made available in the U.S. The design of the Cyberster will resemble the MG of today, with a modern sleek look, while keeping the brand’s signature style which has produced a bloodline of classics.
The MG Cyberster is rumored to be manufactured in Shanghai, China; however, the design will be the brain-child of MG’s brand studio’s in Marylebone, London. Completely equipped with scissor doors, steering yoke, and an electric folding roof, the MG Cyberster is slated to be a lot of fun. In addition to MG’s first two-seater in quite some time, the new Cyberster will be affordable and competitive in relation to sports cars in its class.
