Its been a minute, as a matter of fact, since 2016 when the legendary rocker Lee Aaron blessed us with an album. Well, ladies and gentlemen, the wait is over! Lee Aaron is back and fully loaded with a new 10-track album that is sure to “Elevate”. The Album Elevate is like no other project out!

Elevate is that energy you feel on a Friday night! The Energy you feel when you just won the fight! Hell, the energy you feel when everything is aright! The album is a colossal punch in the face that ushers the late 80’s when rock was rock. Raging guitar, scorching vocals and the attitude of a teenager off his/her rocker. The good times!

The Canadian singer, songwriter and producer Lee Aaron and band are no rookies to rock royalty. To date, Lee Aaron has produced over 6 releases, which includes a live DVD/CD project. No difference in the “Elevate” album which was recorded at Armoury Studios in Vancouver. Bandmates John Cody (drums), Dave Reimer (Bass), and legendary guitarist Sean Kelley rocked out in traditional live off the floor as one would consider the style of recording without all the prosthetics. In traditional manner, the album was written in the “dark ages” of the Covid19 pandemic, and what was produced, is literally a masterpiece which will live on – forever.

Although, many would consider, “Rock Bottom Revolution,” as the lead single, I’m conflicted to where to start. It’s been a few years, or shall I say decade, since I’ve pushed play on a record and was able to ride it from intro to outro. But for myself, its “Spitfire Woman,” a classic tale of a murder story that leads the listeners down a road of no return. The track features violinist Karen Barq and an amazing solo from Sean Kelley. In addition, as icing on the cake, “Elevate” includes a rock n’ roll dance rhythm track, “Freak Show”, which is off the chain. The entire album is on go! The “Elevate” album puts me in the mind of the Big Hair Bands such as Poison, Def Leppard, White Snake and more, injected with steroids ~Lamont Renzo Bracy

Overall, Lee Aaron is the definition of “Rock” personified! I hope to hear more from this band as they just announced a Canadian Tour.
