The Statesmen of Hip-hop; Supergroup Mount Westmore releases Epic LP ‘Snoop Cube 40 $hort’

Westside! Screaming at the top of my lungs while I make a valid attempt to C-Walk! The sheer announcement of the release of ‘Mount Westmore’, is enough to get anyone excited. And if you’re not, you either don’t have a pulse, or don’t have a grasp on how Westcoast pioneers have influenced the landscape of Culture.

Comprised of West Coast legends E-40, Too Short, Ice Cube and Snoop Dogg, the group simply named Mount Westmore just dropped a 16-track LP titled ‘Snoop Cube 40 $hort. The magic of all four epic MC’s on one album is nothing short of spectacular. To capture the magic, the group solicited production from Kato On the Track, ProHoeZak, Rick Rock, Ant Banks, DecadeZ, Dem Jointz and Fredwreck.

Several tracks from the debut album Snoop Cube 40 $hort, were released a few months ago through individual purchase NFT’s, including the smash single ‘Bad MFs, ‘Too Big’ and ‘Big Subwoofer’. The group first collaborated performance was the single, ‘Big Subwoofer’ at the Jake Paul vs. Ben Askren fight in April of 2021, at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.

Released on Mount Westmore LLC / MNRK Music Group as the label print, the LP ‘Snoop Cube 40 $hort is a gumbo of 30+ years of experience, charisma and styles that creates an euphoria of musical genius. On the track, ‘California’, Too $hort opens up with his classic flow, and with one syllable, you know undoubtedly, $hort is in the house. Dr. Dre makes several cameo’s on the project which even more solidifies the connection between these statesmen of the rap game.
